-Upon receipt of your order, Emerald Vinyl will remit an invoice to complete your purchase. To expedite your order, be sure to promptly pay your invoice to avoid any delays.
-Invoices will be cancelled after 24-hours and a new order would need to be placed. 

Rush (Same Day Orders)/Indian Trail Orders: Orders placed and fully paid for (by 9AM) will be made available for pick up on the the same day after 2PM. 

Standard/Northlake Orders: Orders placed and fully paid for (by 9AM) will be made available the NEXT DAY after 1PM. 

If you are not requiring a same day pick up or will be picking up from the Northlake location, please indicate it in the comment section.  

Orders placed after 9AM on Friday and throughout the weekend, will be invoiced on Sunday evening for Monday processing/pickup.

PICK UP OF YOUR ORDER

ALL items must be picked up at Emerald Vinyl. Should you require your order to be shipped, please let us know in the comment section. We will be sure to include shipping charges with your order. 

MISSING ITEMS/REFUND/RETURNS/EXCHANGES

-If you are missing an item with your order, please advise us within 24 hours. We are not able to remedy any missing items after that time.

-Should you wish to obtain a refund, return, or exchange. All items must be in an unworn, unused, unwashed manner. You must advise us as to the return of your item within 48 hours of pickup. After 48 hours, your item can ONLY be exchanged. A 20% restocking fee imposed.
