Adhesive

These 12″ by 12″ adhesive permanent outdoor sheets are printed with our commercial latex printer. We use Oracal's permanent, gloss adhesive vinyl. This adhesive vinyl has a 3-5 year durability.

Always recommend a test cut before cutting the full design.

 Cutting Instructions

-Cut pattern side up~ Do NOT mirror your image

*** Do NOT cut all the way through the Fashion Prints as they are 2 layer sheets (1 is printed vinyl, 1 is the removable paper backing) ***

-Weed
-Mask with transfer tape or application tape by placing it on your weeded design and then squeegee it on good
-Prepare surface you are applying vinyl to by wiping it with rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball
-Peel away the paper backing from the weeded & masked vinyl
-You are now ready to place your vinyl design on the prepared surface of your blank

 Heat Transfer Vinyl

These 12" by 12" htv sheets are printed with our in-house latex printer. We use Siser ColorPrint Easy vinyl to give you the highest quality prints in the industry. When you order a sheet of heat transfer vinyl. Perfect with the clear TTD mask sheet as a carrier sheet.

Please note: The mask/carrier is NOT already pre-attached like on other HTV. You have to apply it over your final design before pressing.

Cutting Instructions

-Cut pattern side up~ Do NOT mirror your image (treat it like you would when cutting adhesive vinyl)

*** Do NOT cut all the way through the Fashion Prints as they are 2 layer sheets (1 is printed htv, 1 is the removable backing) ***

-Weed

-Mask with the provided TTD Easy Mask by removing its paper backing, placing it on your weeded design and then squeegee it on good

-Peel away the backing from printed htv (like you would peel away paper backing from adhesive vinyl)

-You are now ready to press

Applies To:

• 100% cotton
• Poly/cotton blends
• 100% polyester
• Leather

Heat Applications (heat press):

- Pre-press shirt/item only for 2-3 seconds to remove moisture BEFORE pressing on vinyl design
- Apply/press vinyl design at 300°F-315°F with medium pressure for 15 seconds
- Peel carrier hot or cold

Application instructions (home iron):

-Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen
-Cover design with Kraft paper or non-stick cover sheet
-Place on flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
-Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)
-Press each section of design for 10-15 seconds
-If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet
and re-press for 5-10 seconds
-Peel carrier hot or cold

Care Instructions

Laundering:

-Wait 24 hours before 1st wash
-Machine wash cold / mild detergent
-Dry on normal dryer setting
-Do not dry clean or bleach

-Liquid Fabric Softener not recommended

Faux Leather Vinyl

 Created in-house with our commercial latex printer, these 12" by 12" faux leather are perfect for hair bows, earrings, wristlets and more.

Approximately 0.8 mm in thickness. Wipe clean.

Can be used/cut with your Silhouette, Solo, Cricut, Brother Scan & Cut.
